Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are much too busy working on your web sites or developing your applications, you hardly have the time to check what’s happening with your VPS – whether it’s overloading or whether all the processes are running okay. With our Admin Services package, we’ll do that for you. Your server will be included in the custom–developed monitoring system and the second there’s a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be warned immediately.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your data is obligatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for the Admin Services solution, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies are always saved on a server with e set of RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional configuration on your part. This is when our Admin Services solution will help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you can literally employ one of our competent server administrators for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any application that you want. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
