Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mails from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the mailbox you want to redirect emails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
