If your ticket or e–mail requires further assistance from an administrator, we will without delay forward it and leave a comment to notify you that your issue is being examined. If you order our Admin Services package, any of the services included there will be performed at a time of your choosing.

If you need help while working with the Control Panel or with any of the applications that we’ve preinstalled on the dedicated hosting server for you, do get in touch with our technical support team at any moment via the ticketing system. What’s more, should you require assistance managing your server, you can order the Admin Services package, that includes Operating System updates every week, software installation and troubleshooting procedures, server monitoring and rebooting services, data backup hard drive storage space, etcetera.
A User–Friendly Help Section
Our Control Panel has been preinstalled for every Linux dedicated servers hosting package. Among its functions is a very time and effort–saving integrated knowledgebase that will guide you step by step on how to use it. The majority of help articles also video versions that show all the actions that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You can find all the help articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each Control Panel section.
