A: There are many variables to take into consideration – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. However, we do try to accomplish all web site migrations within a 48–hour time window. Smaller websites are transferred faster – typically in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any private data. We will need, though, the login info for your current web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to migrate.

If it is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is change the name server resource records corresponding to your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: Nah. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We will never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all common Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we do not provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website building and management user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
